Minneapolis-based Parsinen, founded in 1981, will officialluy become part of Indianapolis-based Barnes & Thornburg on July 1. The firm has 22 attorneys, includingv 14 partners. Parsinen’s practice areas include business commercialreal estate, corporate law, employment law, employee and executive personal legal planning and renewable energy.
