Auburn Spirits has a tentative opening date ofMay 22. "We had about a thousand name we werethrowing around," General Manager Matt Jabara "But Auburn Spirits was the classiest. Auburn Spirits will even offer wine-tasting classesd and an interactive station toeducate customers, Jabars says. Making its debut in December, Auburn Pointe was a $6 milliobn project.
